Run over the internet, DHV Lite allows customers to keep their existing business number and make calls across multiple devices – mobile, tablet, laptop and IP handset. It’s also future-proof – the service will be unaffected by the PSTN Switch Off in 2025.
DHV Lite is quick to set up and easy to use. All customers need is an email to get started and, once they’ve downloaded the app or soft client to their desired devices, you can start making and receiving calls right away. A user friendly online hub allows customers to manage their clients, set unique messages and set out of hours times. Calls can be diverted to colleagues or redirected to external phones.
